Allowing sub-users to see your server

 

The reason why your sub-users are unable to see your server is most likely because you forgot to tick the "Access to this service" box when creating the sub-user, or alternatively you haven't chosen the right service in the "Service" dropdown. The below image will show you what box I'm talking about.

This is the box that you need to make sure to tick.

To rectify this, edit your sub-user and navigate to the "Game/Voice Service Permissions" tab. Simply make sure that the "Access to this service" is ticked and then press "Save". Your sub-users should now be able to see your server in the game panel. You'll also want to make sure that you have chosen the right service in the "Service" dropdown.
